Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location and shipping method. Customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging:
Every order is carefully packaged with love and intention, using minimal yet elegant materials.

Eligibility:
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin a return, please contact us at theglowdstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original piece for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items:
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
